WHY I LIKE WORKING OUT
It makes me feel comfortable in my own skin, hello endorphins, it calms my mind, makes me happy, the empowerment of finishing a challenging workout – and not giving up, the strength and endurance that carries over into my everyday life, the extra calorie allowance it gives me, it helps me appreciate how amazing and powerful the human body is, if I can push my mind & body during a workout, I know I can step out of my comfort zone in the real world.
