The MROC program goes beyond just personalized workouts, drinking your water and eating your vegetables.

We will work together to create a schedule to improve your daily habits and build an active lifestyle that will boost your mood and your metabolism; giving you more energy to tackle your day and help you feel more vibrant and confident in your body.

Your routine and life, for that matter, may seem abnormal right now. During this stressful time of uncertainty, creating structure is absolutely necessary for our mental, emotional and physical health.  The irony is that creating structure and following through with it can be a challenge in this isolating environment.

The answer:  You need guidance, accountability, and unwavering support.

If you have been struggling with creating and sticking to a healthy routine during our stay-at-home order, you are not alone. And you don’t have to go through this self-isolating time alone.  You can have me as your personal trainer and coach to encourage you and support you in your health journey, along with other members of our MROC Facebook community.

Level 1: Online Coaching

This program is designed for self-motivated individuals who want a tailored workout program, who want to work on setting healthy habits, who thrive in a group coaching setting

  • 12 weeks of customized at-home workouts, with full exercise demonstration videos delivered through the Trainerize app
  • (1) Fitness assessment and movement screening video call
  • Daily personal checklists and accountability of lifestyle habits on your Trainerize app
  • 12 weeks of nutrition guidance and accountability to get you to your weight loss goals (the key to hit your fat loss goals)
  • Access to our exclusive, non-judgmental and private FB group, where we motivate and support each other; we talk fitness, nutrition, creating healthy habits, weekly goal setting accountability
  • Monday – Friday goal setting and coaching support in our FB group
  • Monday – Friday workout support
  • Bi-weekly video lessons on fitness, goal setting, nutrition and motivation
  • Weekly online goal setting and accountability

Level 2: Online Coaching + 1:1 Accountability coaching video calls

In addition to what is offered in level 1, you will have (8) coaching video calls with me throughout the 12 weeks for accountability, guidance and lifestyle coaching.

  •  (8) weekly/bi-weekly check-in coaching video calls;
    • weekly for the first month; bi-weekly for 2nd and 3rd months
  • 12 live group workout classes on Zoom

Level 3: Online Coaching + High-touch 1:1 Coaching

In addition to what is offered in levels 1 and 2, you will have a minimum (12) private coaching video calls with me (and more if you want to!) throughout the 12 weeks for accountability, guidance and lifestyle coaching.

This program is a high-touch total body and lifestyle transformation intensive. It is meant for individuals who are looking for a complete overhaul of their lifestyle and mindset and want to have the highest accountability.

You will have direct access to me for all of your health and fitness questions and when you’re in need of motivation – you have the option to send photos of every meal before you eat it, I can call/text you at 5am to make sure you do you do your workout, etc.  You will be pre-qualified: compliance, an open mind and accountability will be required.  Limited spots available.

  • (1) Fitness assessment and movement screening video call
  • (2) Subsequent movement screening video calls at the 4- and 8-week mark
  • Minimum of (12) weekly check-in coaching video calls
  • Daily personal accountability and text check-ins with me (e.g. sending photos of every meal, every work out, etc.)
  • Direct, unlimited communication with me
